2. About Aniyor

Aniyor is a technology-enabled marketplace for devotional, spiritual and spiritually aligned products, services, experiences and community offerings.

Aniyor provides a platform through which independent sellers, service providers and customers may discover, communicate, transact and otherwise interact in relation to listed products and services.

Aniyor may also facilitate certain functions such as order processing, payments, logistics, communications, reviews, promotions and other marketplace services, depending on the transaction and applicable policies.

3. Independent Sellers

Products and services listed on Aniyor may be offered by independent third-party sellers or service providers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the relevant Seller is responsible for:

• the accuracy and legality of its listings;

• product or service quality and authenticity;

• pricing, taxes and applicable invoices;

• required licences, registrations and certifications;

• packaging, fulfilment and service delivery;

• warranties, returns and refunds applicable to its offerings; and

• compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

For applicable transactions, the Seller acts as the Merchant of Record for the sale of its products or services.

Aniyor does not represent that every Seller, product, service or claim appearing on the Platform is independently certified or endorsed by Aniyor.

4. Devotional & Community Positioning

Aniyor is designed primarily for devotees, spiritually inclined individuals, community members and customers interested in devotional and spiritually aligned products and services.

Certain campaigns, programmes, events, invitations or community features may have additional eligibility requirements. Such requirements will be communicated separately where applicable.

Use of Aniyor does not by itself establish any religious, organisational, institutional or employment relationship between a user and Aniyor or any religious organisation.

5. Intellectual Property

The Aniyor name, logo, branding, website design, user interfaces, software, content, graphics, photographs, text, original materials and other intellectual property made available by Aniyor are owned by or licensed to Aniyor and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Platform or its content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, commercially exploited, reverse engineered or otherwise used without prior written permission.

Product images, descriptions, logos, trademarks and other materials supplied by Sellers remain the responsibility of the respective Seller and may be subject to the intellectual property rights of the Seller or other rights holders.

6. Product & Service Information

Information displayed on Aniyor may be provided by Sellers, service providers, users or third-party partners.

While Aniyor may undertake reasonable measures to maintain platform quality and may review or moderate certain content, customers should review the relevant product listing, Seller information, applicable terms, delivery information, return conditions and other details before completing a transaction.

Any product-specific representation, warranty, specification or claim made by a Seller remains subject to the Seller's applicable terms and legal responsibilities.

7. Third-Party Services

Aniyor may integrate or use third-party services including payment gateways, logistics and delivery providers, communications platforms, mapping services, analytics providers, review platforms and other technology providers.

The use of such services may be subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third parties.

8. External Links

The Platform may contain links or references to websites, applications or services operated by third parties.

Aniyor does not necessarily endorse or control such third-party websites or services and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies or practices.

9. Applicable Terms & Policies

Use of the Aniyor Platform is also governed by the applicable policies and terms published by Aniyor, including, where applicable:

• Terms of Service;

• Seller Terms;

• Shipping, Delivery & Fulfilment Policy;

• Return & Refund Policy;

• Privacy Policy;

• Promotion, Coupon & Gift Card Terms; and

• any additional terms applicable to a specific product, service, campaign or transaction.

In the event of a conflict, the specific terms applicable to the relevant transaction or service will apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Legal Compliance

Aniyor operates in accordance with applicable laws and regulations of India.

Nothing in this Legal Notice or any other Aniyor policy is intended to exclude, restrict or limit any right, remedy, liability or protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

11. No Religious or Institutional Endorsement

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the availability of a product, Seller, service, event or organisation on Aniyor does not constitute an endorsement, certification or official representation by Aniyor or any religious, charitable or spiritual organisation with which a Seller or user may be associated.

References to spiritual traditions, scriptures, temples, organisations, festivals, deities, teachers or other religious subjects are made for the relevant devotional or marketplace context and should not be interpreted as institutional endorsement unless expressly stated.
